Key Responsibilities
Support Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat Provide clear, professional, and solution-focused assistance Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication Accurately document customer interactions and follow internal processes Collaborate with an international team to maintain service excellence What Were Looking For: Native or fluent Dutch speaker Good level of English for internal communication Strong communication and problem-solving skills Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail Ability to work independently in a remote environment Previous customer support experience is a plus, but not required
