Zoek jij een brede, zelfstandige en ondersteunende rol waar jij jouw kennis en drive in praktijk kunt brengen? Zorg jij voor een kloppend contractmanagement en vind je het leuk om proactief mogelijke verbeteringen in het proces te signaleren én uit te voeren? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou

Collins Foods Europe is op zoek naar een Management Assistent om het Development team te ondersteunen op administratief, financieel en communicatief vlak. Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat alle contractdossiers in heel Nederland up-to-date en in orde zijn.

Kortom, in deze leuke en afwisselde functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

Het agendabeheer, de e-mail- en postverwerking, termijnbewaking en factuurafhandeling. Het contractmanagement systeem. Denk hierbij onder meer aan huurovereenkomsten, indexaties en afrekening van servicekosten. Interne communicatie en administratie rondom de bouw van nieuwe KFC-restaurants en de periodieke verbouwingen van de restaurants. Het meewerken in het facilitaire management programma waarin wij de KFC restaurants in Nederland en Duitsland mee ondersteunen. Het bewaken van de deadlines voor het aanleveren van de periodieke presentaties en rapportage aan het hoofdkantoor in Australië. Notuleren van verschillende vergaderingen inclusief het opstellen van verslagen

Jouw profiel

Een hbo werk- en denkniveau Aantoonbaar, minimaal twee jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie Accuraat en houd je jouw zaakjes goed op orde. Het regelen en organiseren zit in je bloed Uitstekende kennis en vaardigheden in de applicaties van MS Office 365 Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met PowerPoint en MS Teams Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in woord & schrift (NL en ENG)

Over Collins Foods 

Collins Foods is dé grootste franchisenemer voor KFC in Nederland. Inmiddels hebben wij 59 restaurants in Nederland én gezonde groei ambities voor de toekomst. Het Europese hoofdkantoor (circa 100 medewerkers) is gevestigd in Amsterdam. Deze locatie vormt het centrale knooppunt voor het algemene management van de organisatie en biedt ondersteuning aan meer dan 3000 medewerkers verspreid over Nederland.

Collins Foods Europe (CFE) is onderdeel van Collins Foods Limited een Australisch beursgenoteerd bedrijf met activiteiten die teruggaan tot 1969 toen zij het eerste KFC restaurant openden in Queensland, Australië. Ruim vijftig jaar later is het bedrijf met 270 restaurants de grootste franchisenemer van KFC in Australië en hebben we inmiddels dus ook 59 restaurants in Nederland en 16 in Duitsland.

Het CFE Restaurant Support Centre is gevestigd in Amsterdam (Nederland), en is het belangrijkste knooppunt voor de ondersteuning van meer dan 3000 restaurant medewerkers. Collins Foods is ook de Corporate Franchisenemer voor KFC in Nederland. Het Support Centre huisvest een aantal divisies waaronder Finance & Accounting, Information Systems, Human Resources, Construction en Restaurant Operations.
