Luxe Talent, een internationaal rekrutering en selectiebureau gespecialiseerd in Retail, Fashion en Luxe is op zoek naar een Store Manager Luxury Accessories voor een boetiek in Amsterdam.

In ons recruitment en training adviesbureau werken wij met verschillende bedrijven in de Luxe, Premium en High Premium sectoren in heel Europa en hebben wij kantoren in Barcelona, Madrid, Parijs, Milaan, Berlijn, Braga en Amsterdam.

TAKEN VAN DE STORE MANAGER:

  • een gedreven store manager die niet alleen zijn team motiveert, maar ook coacht en begeleidt naar uitmuntendheid in alle retail activiteiten.
  • Als store manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het werven, trainen en ontwikkelen van je team, waarbij je de cultuur van excellentie bevordert. Je maximaliseert de verkoopprestaties door het personeel te trainen in productkennis, verkoop- en klantvaardigheden, en door individuele transactiestatistieken regelmatig te bekijken.
  • Je ondersteunt de client advisors bij het behalen van hun doelen door het verkoopproces te monitoren en tijdig feedback en richting te geven. Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat onze aftersales service onberispelijk is en dat de winkeloperaties soepel verlopen.
  • Je analyseert prestaties op wekelijkse en maandelijkse basis, stelt actieplannen op en communiceert rapporten duidelijk naar de General Manager.
  • Hier streven ze altijd naar het overtreffen van verwachtingen door hun waarden en competenties hoog te houden. Als Store Manager leid je met het goede voorbeeld en demonstreer je het verkoop- en service model, waarbij je klanten een uitstekende ervaring biedt.
  • Tot slot zorg je ervoor dat de winkel netjes is, voldoet aan de gezondheids- en veiligheidsvoorschriften en dat de VM- en nieuwe lanceringdisplays correct worden uitgevoerd.
  • We zijn op zoek naar iemand die niet alleen vaardig is in het managen van teams en het stimuleren van verkoop, maar die ook passie heeft voor het merk en hun waarden deelt. Kom bij dit prachtig bedrijf en maak deel uit van een gepassioneerde team

VEREISTEN:


We zoeken een kandidaat met:

  • 5+ jaar ervaring in verkoop en management in de luxe detailhandel.
  • Sterke leiderschapsvaardigheden, bedreven in communicatie op alle niveaus.
  • Professionele vaardigheden in verkoopontwikkeling.
  • Uitzonderlijke interpersoonlijke vaardigheden.
  • Een oprechte passie voor retail en luxe klantenservice.
  • Vaardigheid in het Nederlands en Engels.
