De organisatie is een groot technisch bedrijf dat interne processen van andere bedrijven overneemt. Je vormt als het ware een externe teamlead accounts payable voor één van hun klanten. Het gaat hier om een internationale organisatie met een informele werksfeer.

Als teamlead accounts payable heb je de leiding over het projectteam van 12 leden. In deze rol ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het toezien op naleving van processen, oplossen van escalaties, regelmatig de projectstatus bijhouden en rapporteren, bijdragen aan procesverbeteringen met als doel de leveringsvoorspelbaarheid te waarborgen en te voldoen aan klant- en interne toezeggingen binnen de richtlijnen en het beleid en de normen van het bedrijf. - Teamleden coachen, motiveren en ontwikkelen.
- De technische kwaliteit van het werk waarborgen.
- Taken en verantwoordelijkheden delegeren.
- Regelmatige functioneringsgesprekken voeren.
- Het organiseren en optimaliseren van processen binnen de accounts payable afdeling.
- Het monitoren van betalingen.
- Het onderhouden van contact met de klant.

Jouw profiel

Om succesvol te zijn binnen deze functie ben je afgestudeerd in een economische en/of financiële richting aangevuld met relevante werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie. Je bent communicatief vaardig op verschillende niveaus, zowel in het Nederlands als in het Engels. Gezien de voertaal binnen het bedrijf Engels is, is het belangrijk dat je de Engelse taal voldoende beheerst. Verder heb jij sterke leiderschapskwaliteiten.

De arbeidsvoorwaarden

De salaris indicatie voor deze functie ligt tussen de €5340,- en de €6210,- euro bruto per maand, afhankelijk van je ervaring. Je komt direct in dienst bij het bedrijf zelf. Naast een competitief basissalaris kun je rekenen op goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden, zoals vakantiedagen, vakantiegeld, een reiskostenvergoeding en veel trainingen en interne opleidingen.
