Vacatureomschrijving

  • Het uitbouwen van een netwerk van Software Testing- en Cyber Security-profielen in België, Nederland en Duitsland.
  • Het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van een proactieve recruitment en selectie voor je doelgroep, waarbij je gebruik maakt van AI-technologieën en tools zoals Lusha om kandidaten efficiënt te identificeren en te benaderen.
  • Het actief zoeken naar kandidaten via verschillende kanalen, inclusief directe benadering via telefoon of WhatsApp, en het opstellen van vacatures in samenwerking met hiring managers.
  • Het opbouwen van lange termijnrelaties met recruitmentbureaus en potentiële kandidaten, gezien soms de langere wervingscyclus voor ervaren profielen.
  • Het optreden als sparringpartner voor Delivery Managers en Business Managers en het ondersteunen in het selectietraject, inclusief telefonische screenings en interviews met de hiring manager.
  • Het faciliteren van het onboardingproces en zorgen voor een warm welkom binnen Resillion Software Testing en Cyber Security.
  • Het vertegenwoordigen van Resillion op (virtuele) jobbeurzen en relevante jobevents, en het onderhouden van contacten met onderwijsinstellingen om ons als aantrekkelijke werkgever te profileren.
  • Het ondersteunen bij HR-gerelateerde taken bij afwezigheid van collega's en het samenwerken met onze Marketing-afdeling om gerichte wervingsacties op te zetten voor specifieke rollen.
     

Functie-eisen

  • Master- of bachelor-niveau, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minstens 3 jaar ervaring in recruitment, bij voorkeur in het rekruteren van IT-profielen, zoals Cyber Security-specialisten en Software Testing-experts.
  • Groot pluspunt mocht je + 2 jaar ervaring hebben binnen een recruitment-kantoor.
  • Ervaring met het actief benaderen van kandidaten via verschillende kanalen.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om effectieve gesprekken te voeren.
  • Uitstekende kennis van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal; kennis van Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Initiatiefnemer die houdt van een snel veranderende omgeving.
