The Role: 

Lead a successful, hard working HCM sales team focusing on accelerating growth and exceeding customer expectations, ensuring you attract and retain top talent. Have an entrepreneurial leadership style, with full responsibility to lead, drive and deliver new HCM sales revenues across Applications Continental Europe. Implement the Oracle Applications strategy throughout the territory, driving customer success. Manage Rep performance through objectives, targets and with regular, transparent 1:1 feedback. Develop long-term sustainable relations with senior-level customers and partners. Collaborate with successful and supportive functions, enabling you and your team’s success.

What you’ll bring:

Experience in leading sales teams in different countries Excellent knowledge of the HCM ecosystem Authorised to work in the country you’re applying for Fluent in English and another European local language is a plus
