Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated R&D technician to join our Global Pilot Plant team. In this role you will play a crucial role in supporting the development; testing and scaling up of new products and processes, this position offers an exciting opportunity to work hands-on with the latest food technologies and contribute to the creation of innovative and sustainable food solutions into a fast pace multicultural environment.

What are we looking for?

An associate that has passion for food and actively participate on the development of healthier and sustainable products to deliver a better food today for a better world tomorrow. Associates Degree in fields like chemical engineering; process technology; biotechnology or a related field; Bachelor Degree is highly beneficial. Experience in operating and maintaining pilot plant equipment and machinery. it has knowledge/understanding of safety standards and protocols. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in performing RD test and experiments.

What will be your key responsibilities?

Deliver rapid prototyping (product and/or pack) to support new innovations/renovations and concepts. Support product and packaging development teams into the RD development kitchen and pilot plant with sample production. Support product sensory evaluations as well as product tastings. Ensure all prototype samples are made in adherence with global standards in good manufacturing practices, HACCP, online with the Mars Quality Management processes and pilot plant operational framework .
