Working hours

Employment agencyManpower is looking for a Payroll Representative Germany for Dow inTerneuzen.
As a Payroll Representative, youwill be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate employeepayments in compliance with local tax laws, labor conditions, andcompany policies. You will perform administrative and controlactivities for the Dow Payroll department, demonstrating structure,attention to detail, and flexibility. Your role involvescoordinating with both internal and external stakeholders toefficiently deliver Payroll, Time & Absence, and DataManagement services. Key tasks include processing confidentialdata, validating salary input/output, and executing accuratepayments to employees, local authorities, and the payroll provider.This position is part of the EMEAI HR Solutions team based inTerneuzen and is a long-term assignment.

- Preferably you also have 2years of payroll experience or an affinity with numbers and anunderstanding of seeing connections
- Availability of 40 hours per week
- A Dutch work permit that is valid for at leastnine months or an EU-nationality
- A certificateof conduct (Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag or VOG) that shows you havenot committed any criminal offences
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, MS Office &SAP.
- Proficiency in any other Europeanlanguage is an asset.
- Understandorganizational interdependencies and experience working acrossfunctions and cultures.
- Experience inhigh volume operational environments is required.
- Experience in internal controls through prioraudit participation is preferred.
- Goodproblem solving, critical thinking skills and managing competingpriorities.
- By nature, this jobrequires a substantial amount of coordination with a variety ofinternal- and external stakeholders where accountability andownership of data and processes are key
