Functieomschrijving
We'reseeking a talented Performance and Information ManagementSpecialist for a global supplier of food, household, and personalcare products. With over 400 brands and a turnover of €59.6 billionin 2023, we operate in over 190 countries, reaching 2 billionconsumers daily.
- Build strong workingrelationships with senior stakeholders globally and coordinate themonthly procurement forecasting process for various businessgroups.
- Act as the primary point of contactfor Procurement Finance to communicate with global finance onreporting results, ensuring timely delivery of reports, decks, andaccurate submissions.
- Establish reportingunits to enable seamless data flow through transaction systems,data warehouses, and reporting systems, promoting informationmanagement, process simplification, and automation.
- Support the development and analysis ofvarious performance objectives, provide insights and control overobjectives and actual performance, and assist in strengtheninginformation analysis processes.
- Manage andenhance financial business processes, ensuring financial datacompliance with global financial control frameworks andinternal/external policy rules, procedures, and SOX requirementsfor controls.
- Business acumen: A naturalpassion for process design and business results, with a biastowards actions that have a significant impact on the business.
- Ability to build effective workingrelationships and communicate at all levels within theorganization.
- Strong analytical and writingskills.
- Eager to learn, rapidly absorbing newinformation to build knowledge and take corrective actions.
- Hands-on mentality to ensure tasks arecompleted and holding self and others accountable.
- Reportingfundamentals: A good understanding of the P&L,GMVA, and management accounting principles.
- Networkingskills: Ability to work remotely with numerousstakeholders and develop collaborative relationships with them.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, andPowerPoint.
