Schakel jij als risk manager gemakkelijk en zoek jij de vrijheid om nieuwe strategieën te implementeren? Dan is de rol als risk manager binnen deze kleine verzekeraar, gespecialiseerd in ongewone risico’s iets voor jou.
Jij gaat binnen deze verzekeraar het riskmanagement opzetten. Je ontwikkelt risicobeheer strategieën, zet controles op en test deze samen met de business. Als risk manager ben jij op de hoogte van de laatste beleids- en marktontwikkelingen en voorzie je het MT van actuele informatie. Je onderhoudt contact met zowel interne als externe stakeholders en geeft een onafhankelijk advies.
Je komt te werken binnen een relatief kleine organisatie die groeiende is. Dat maakt dat jij als risk manager stappen kunt maken om het beleid verder aan te scherpen. De lijnen zijn kort wat betekend dat je snel kunt schakelen. Je rapporteert aan de manager finance en risk.
Als risk manager heb je de volgende verantwoordelijkheden:
- Identificeren, analyseren, monitoren en rapporteren van de risico's
- Ontwikkelen en implementeren van risicobeheer strategieën, interne controles en risicomanagementprogramma’s.
- Vertalen van Risk beleid naar jaarplannen en operationele activiteiten, in overeenstemming met de bedrijfsstrategie en regelgeving.
- Uitvoeren van analyses en delen van kennis over beleids- en marktontwikkelingen.
Functie eisen
Om succesvol te zijn als risk manager
- Heb jij WO werk- en denkniveau
- Heb jij 3 tot 5 jaar werkervaring binnen een soortgelijke functie
- Kun jij goed zelfstandig werken en functioneer je zowel op strategisch als operationeel niveau.
Arbeidsvoorwaarden
- Jaarsalaris oplopend tot € 75.000,- inclusief een flexbudget van 20%, vakantiegeld en 13e maand;
- Mogelijkheid om extra verlof te kopen vanuit het flexbudget;
- Mogelijkheid om op termijn deels thuis te werken;
- Reiskostenvergoeding;
- Laptop van de zaak;
