About the job:

As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team in achieving their targets and providing exceptional service to our customers. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to effectively communicate and multitask will be essential in ensuring the smooth execution of our sales operations. Alongside the dedicated professionals at Dingli, you will contribute to the growth and success of our company, while also gaining valuable experience and knowledge in the machinery sales industry.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in managing and maintaining customer accounts, including order processing, pricing, and invoicing.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely information about our products, pricing, and availability.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, such as logistics and production, to ensure smooth coordination of orders and timely delivery.
  • Generate and maintain sales reports and databases, tracking sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales and technical support teams.
  • Coordinate and manage office activities, including office supply procurement, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Liaise with the logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls.
  • Support the finance team in managing expenses, invoices, and financial documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a sales assistant, sales coordinator, or in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch or English.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of the machinery or equipment industry is preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a customer-centric mindset.
