Wat je doet als Model-Based Systems Engineer

Als MBSE ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het modelleren van elektrische en mechanische systemen van grote infrastructurele werken zoals tunnels, beweegbare bruggen en sluizen en stuwen. Je start met de uitgangspunten van de opdrachtgever. Je bouwt deze om tot een MBSE structuur en zet vervolgens een stevig basisontwerp neer. Met jouw basisontwerp worden de systemen van deze projecten verder uitgewerkt richting de VO-DO en UO fase. Door goed te overleggen creëer je duidelijkheid tussen verschillende ontwerpdisciplines en zorg je dat er weinig ruimte overblijft voor interpretatieverschillen. Daarnaast:

Je doet kennis op in het gebied van Systems Engineering, waaronder eisenbeheer of functioneel ontwerpen Je gaat systeemmodellen en metamodellen opstellen en doorgronden Je gaat werken met systemen voor beweegbare bruggen of staalconstructies, sluizen en tunnels

Wat je meebrengt

Als Model-Based Systems Engineer heb je een holistische blik op projecten. Je houdt van aanpakken en je vindt het niet erg om zelfstandig aan de slag te gaan. Nauwkeurig werken is voor jou een eitje, zodat je goed systeemmodellen kan doorgronden. Verder heb jij: 

Een afgeronde HBO of Universitaire opleiding bijvoorbeeld in de richting van Elektrotechniek, Werktuigbouwkunde, Civiele Techniek, Systems Engineering of vergelijkbaar; Kennis van systemen voor beweegbare bruggen of staalconstructies, sluizen en tunnels; Kennis van Systems Engineering.

Het is een pre als je kennis hebt van:

SCRUM;  Tools als Enterprise Architect, Visual Paradigm, Relatics;  Talen als SysML, UML, Archimate;  Standaarden op het gebied van Systems Engineering zoals ISO/IEC15288 of ANSI/EIA-632.
