Inventory Analyst

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Internal and external reporting (report/monitor SLA’s, KPI’s, quality metrics, efficiency Inventory Control, MBR and QBR) to ensure that best in class performance in term of cost and service is achieved.
• Maintain Master data and perform system and customer reconciliation.
• Recognize the requirement for and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions/ action plans.
• Facilitate and support Inventory audits in cooperation with the customers.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP).
• Analyzing KPI’s and root causes of inventory discrepancies and identify risks and opportunities that affect stock accuracy including cooperation with customer representatives.
• Provide support to the Inventory & Quality Supervisor.

• Good communication and relationship-building skills in English (spoken, reading, writing). Demonstrates openness and honesty. Explains reasoning behind own opinions; asks others for their opinions and feedback.
• Ability to work under pressure and work with changing priorities & deadlines.
• Process thinking and ability to translate improvements in actions.
• You work structured with attention to detail.
• Good analytical skills are a must.
• Excellent skills on Excel.
