- Expert-level understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with ServiceNow app development.
- 3 to 5 years of development experience with creating simple/complex customer-facing web or mobile applications is a plus.
- Ability to transform customer requirements into high-level architectural solutions or supporting models.
Desirable Skills:
- Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist in HR Service Management.
- Micro-Certified in Service Portal, ATF, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, HR Onboarding, and Transitions.
- Strong understanding of HR Service Management processes.
- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Service Portal, ATF, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
