Volare is an Italian trattoria in Amsterdam-West. Join family and friends for a delicious antipasti, pasta or home-made stone-oven pizza, with an Italian bottle of wine of course. Volare has a dynamic array of seating, from high tables and low long family tables to booths where you can dine for hours. There is a private dining room in the (wine) cellar; the perfect place for parties and dinners. On Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights, Volare's aperitivo bar opens; Bomboloni's. An inviting cocktail bar to start the evening with an aperitivo. Óor end your evening there with an after-dinner digestive. Fun: the menu includes home-made Bomboloni's limoncello, made from lemons from Sicily.

Tasks

We are looking for a chef de partie to support in managing the kitchen team. You are an ambitious cook who can work independently and loves to work hard. You work neatly and efficiently and are keen on adhering to HACCP guidelines. With you working in the kitchen, our guests as well as colleagues are totally happy You are available at least 3 days a week, including at least one weekend day.
