Als Client Lead ben je onderdeel van het New & Direct Business team en rapporteer je aan de Team Lead New & Direct Business.

Je bent dagelijks bezig met het verwelkomen en generen van new business sales leads. Daarbij ben je in staat om nieuwe initiatieven te ontplooien.

Je bent én blijft op de hoogte van de laatste ontwikkelingen in de markt. Daarnaast ben je op de hoogte van de commerciële mogelijkheden die Ad Alliance biedt. Zo signaleer je kansen, creëer je mogelijkheden voor meer omzet en kun je de klant van het beste advies voorzien.

Je bent een actieve netwerker, creëert kansen en bent verantwoordelijk voor een goede zichtbaarheid in de adverteerdersmarkt.

Realiseren van persoonlijke targets als onderdeel van het totale teamtarget.

Je hebt een actieve rol in Yield Management (flexibele inzet , zonder daarmee omzetoptimalisatie uit het oog te verliezen.

Je bent een ster in zelfstandig onderhandelen over (jaar)contracten en het maken van campagne-afspraken.

Je bent zeer nauwkeurig in het forecasten van je accounts: je houdt vinger aan de pols bij adverteerders om omzet te kunnen voorspellen. 

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden en uitbouwen van de relatie met adverteerders, met als doel het genereren van omzet. Hierdoor heb je een groot, actief en relevant extern netwerk.

Jouw profiel

HBO werk- en denk niveau en minimaal 2 jaar relevante werkervaring.

Je hebt kennis van de off- en online advertentie markt en het medialandschap. 

Onze Client Lead is pro-actief, positief, ondernemend, flexibel en veerkrachtig, resultaatgericht en overtuigend.

Je verlegt grenzen, je hebt een sterke commerciële drive en je bent in staat om nieuwe initiatieven te ontplooien.

Je bent een hunter (je vindt het leuk om te jagen en te bellen) en het ondernemersbloed stroomt door in je aderen

Je gaat verder waar anderen stoppen en je kickt van het sluiten van mooie deals.

Je bent een echte netwerker, je straalt professionaliteit uit en weet goed hoe je overkomt op klanten. 

Je bent 40 uur per week beschikbaar. 

Over ons

Als Client Lead ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor het behalen van de commerciële doelen van Ad Alliance: het initiëren en verkopen van commerciële zendtijd op de platformen van Ad Alliance. Je signaleert marktontwikkelingen en vertaalt deze door in kansen. Samen met 150 resultaatgerichte collega’s werken we in een informele sfeer. Dat doen we in ons mooie kantoorpand in Hilversum en vanuit huis. We delen dezelfde passie voor de mediamerken waar we voor werken en vinden samenwerken heel belangrijk.

Binnen de sales afdeling ben je onderdeel van het New & Direct Business team bestaande uit 4 personen dat zich richt op een directe relatie met adverteerders en nauw samenwerkt met de sales collega’s die verantwoordelijk zijn voor de media & digitale bureaus. Het volledige team bevat 40 collega's. 

Ad Alliance is een mediabedrijf, opgericht in 2020 en verantwoordelijk voor de sales van de grootste mediamerken van Nederland. We werken samen met mediabureaus en adverteerders om het beste resultaat voor hun doelstellingen te behalen. Dat doen we via een breed scala aan crossmediale advertentiemogelijkheden binnen ons netwerk voor campagnes op TV, online, via licensing en partnerships op de platformen van onder andere RTL, Discovery Networks Benelux, The Walt Disney Company, Paramount, We Are Era, DPG Media. Samen met 150 resultaatgerichte collega’s werken we in een informele sfeer. Dat doen we in ons mooie kantoorpand in Hilversum en vanuit huis. We delen dezelfde passie voor de mediamerken waar we voor werken en vinden samenwerken heel belangrijk.
