As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for managing our daily procurement activities, supporting strategic initiatives, and efficiently managing operational procurement tasks. Join us and make a significant impact on our procurement processes and strategic goals.

Your responsibilities include 
As a Procurement Manager at our organization, you will be integral to the efficient and effective management of our procurement processes. Your role will encompass various critical functions to ensure that our procurement activities are streamlined and aligned with organizational goals. Below are the responsibilities include:

Procurement Management:

Manage procurement requests and coordinate with internal teams to clarify specifications. Execute day-to-day procurement operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasingManage disposition of obsolete materials and slow-moving inventory.

Supplier Management:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and conduct performance evaluations.Evaluate potential vendors and onboard new suppliers in line with business requirements.Assist in negotiating contract terms, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Compliance and Process Improvement:

Ensure adherence to organizational policies and regulatory standards.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance procurement function efficiency.

Reporting and Analytics:

Prepare and present reports on procurement metrics and utilize data to assess procurement strategies.

This role requires a professional with a process-oriented mindset & with a strong commercial awareness. You’ll become part of the Finance department and will report to the Director of Global Procurement and Business Controller. Your role will involve working with different departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination across the organization.

Your background, qualification and skills

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.3+ years of procurement experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.Strong understanding of global procurement and supplier management.Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; ERP systems and Tableau experience is a plus.Excellent communication (preferably in English) and analytical skills.Familiarity with cGMP/cGDP standards.
