Your Role Als Continuous Improvement Black Belt met Lean Six Sigma-kennis speel jij een cruciale rol in het versterken van de systemen, kennis en cultuur voor continu verbeteren binnen onze Business Unit. Jouw werk zorgt voor een organisatie die zichzelf continu verbetert, met als doel de hoogste kwaliteit en service voor onze klanten op de meest efficiënte manier.Standplaats: Pijnacker and Zaandam (Randstad area). Your Responsibilities
  • Trainen en begeleiden: Leer medewerkers de Lean Six Sigma-methode en volg verbeterinitiatieven op binnen toegewezen sites.
  • Coachen: Help medewerkers en managers hun prestaties te verbeteren door procesverbeterprojecten te begeleiden, zoals Lean Six Sigma Green en Yellow Belt-initiatieven.
  • CI-technieken implementeren: Zet CI-technieken in zoals SQCDEP-borden, 5S, visueel management, standaardwerk, processtatus- en controleborden, flow, VSM, en meer.
  • Identificeren en realiseren van verbeterkansen: Werk samen met de operatie om verbeterkansen om te zetten in kansrijke LEAN-projecten, inclusief Kaizen en Value Stream Mapping.
  • Projecten uitvoeren en communiceren: Voer zelfstandig Lean Six Sigma Black Belt-projecten uit en deel updates over voortgang en financiële resultaten via regelmatige rapportages en presentaties.
  • Obstakels signaleren: Meld tijdig stagnaties tijdens de projecten en werk samen om deze te overwinnen.
Your Skills and Experiences
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt-certificaat (bij voorkeur)
  • Ervaring met Continuous Improvement, idealiter 4 jaar, liefst in een productieomgeving
  • Coaching- en verandermanagementvaardigheden
  • Sterke data-analysevaardigheden
  • Uitstekende communicatie- en presentatievaardigheden
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels
