WAT GA JE DOEN ALS PROFESSIONAL SUPPORT LAWYER ESG?

Als specialist ken je de ESG regelgeving en signaleer je juridische ontwikkelingen, zoals ontwikkelingen in wetgeving, rechtspraak en literatuur. Je fungeert als vraagbaak, ondersteunt de praktijk bij juridische vraagstukken in dossiers en werkt hierbij nauw samen met de advocaten. Je werkt voor meerdere praktijkgroepen, zoals Public Law, M&A en Litigation.
Je richt je op het verhogen van de kwaliteit van de ESG kennis binnen kantoor. Voor artikelen, consultatiedocumenten, nieuwsbrieven, seminars en cliënt portals lever je de content aan en je bereidt presentaties, cursussen en lezingen inhoudelijk voor. Hiervoor werk je nauw samen met de afdelingen Business Development, Legal Support en Learning & Development en samen met hen ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opleidingsplan en het organiseren van actualiteitencursussen.

WAT ZIJN JOUW KWALITEITEN?

Je bent een excellente jurist met aantoonbare affiniteit met ESG, bij voorkeur binnen de advocatuur. Verder ben je een stevige gesprekspartner voor onze collega's uit verschillende lagen van de organisatie.

Daarnaast beschik je over: 

Een afgeronde WO-opleiding Nederlands Recht; 4-5 jaar werkervaring op het gebied van ESG (of onderdelen daarvan); Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden; Je bent commercieel en oplossing gericht bij het leveren van advies; Je bent een teamspeler, maar ook in staat zelfstandig werkzaamheden op te pakken; Je hebt ervaring binnen Regulatory, Litigation of M&A.
