HR Administrator

Supermicro is currently seeking an who is energetic and detail-oriented to support our fast growing organization. This position provides administrative support to the HR functions and requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Ultimately, you will be able to gain HR experience in a fast-paced work environment by supporting and improving the HR staffing functions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with the recruiting process by writing job descriptions, posting openings on the job boards, screening applicants, coordinating the hiring process, and conducting pre-screening requirements

• Assist with new hire on-boarding process, including preparing new hire packages, checking references, handling paperwork during orientation, and data entry in the HRIS and Payroll systems

• Be in charge of filing HR paperwork and maintaining records

• Other HR-related duties as assigned by the HR Manager

Qualifications:

• AA degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred

• 1 to 2 years of experience with general HR operations and preferably with staffing and on-boarding, etc. 

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Can-do mentality and readiness to go above and beyond to provide exceptional service to managers/employees

• Remarkable attention to detail

• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook)

• Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize many tasks and complete them with accuracy and efficiency

• Ability to handle tasks with a sense of urgency and confidentiality

• Ability to work in a fast-pace environment with constant interruptions

• Some HR systems experience a plus (ATS, ADP, SAP)
