who has the talent and skills to fulfill this demanding position with gusto. As a Management Assistant you are responsible for managing the agendas and mailboxes of the members of the Board of Directors. You play an essential role in discussing the progress of work and agreements.

Offer you proactive and independent organizational support It is your job to make appropriate time allocations for priorities and ensure the smooth daily operation Ensure professional preparation of documents, presentations, reports, appointments and follow-up Organize internal and external meetings, arrange business trips and additional activities You also take care of the preparation and organization of meetings and events, including arranging the necessary documents, presentations and locations.

You bring this

MBO/HBO level and experience as a Management Assistant or Executive Secretary Excellent organizational skills and the ability to set priorities independently Proactivity and the ability to think solution-oriented Discretion and integrity when handling confidential information Strong communication skills, both internally and externally You have excellent language skills in Dutch, English and German (pre), both oral and written, to be able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders at an international level A keen eye for detail to avoid mistakes or carelessness.

Resato Hydrogen Technology is a technology leader when it comes to Hydrogen Filling Stations with its headquarters in Assen. With more than 30 years of experience in high-pressure technology, we understand how high pressure works and we have become very good at it.

The focus is therefore on sustainability, safety and efficiency. Resato has now realized several hydrogen tank solutions in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Sweden. The stations are both fleet owner stations and public stations.
