Over de functie

Je coacht en begeleidt je collega's om hun code, datamodellen, en dashboards te optimaliseren, en draagt zo bij aan de ontwikkeling van op feiten gebaseerde besluitvorming binnen Maandag®. 

Het dynamisch team van BI specialisten, analytics en data engineers gaat jouw nieuwe basis worden als Senior Analytics Engineer. Jouw doelgroep: de volledige breedte van de organisatie. Het samenwerken met al die verschillende collega’s en het vertalen van hun wensen naar analytische producten maakt het werk zeer afwisselend en uitdagend. 

De komende maanden staat het Data team voor een boeiende uitdaging met de overstap naar een nieuw cloud data platform. Deze migratie is onderdeel van een groter IT transformatieprogramma, waarin ook het CRM systeem, het HR systeem en het backoffice systeem worden aangepakt. Als Senior Analytics Engineer pak jij een leidende rol in dit project, help je om de data architectuur van het DWH te ontwerpen en schrijf je mee aan de logica in SQL en DBT. 

Functie eisen

Wat zien we graag terug in jou: 

  • Minimaal 4 jaar ervaring als business intelligence specialist, analytics engineer of data engineer. 
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met dimensioneel data modelleren, kennis van best practices en een heldere visie hierop. 
  • Je blinkt uit in SQL, en hebt uitstekende data visualisatie vaardigheden. 
  • Analytisch en conceptueel denkvermogen. 
  • Kwaliteitsbewust, precies, oog voor detail. 
  • Goede samenwerkingsvaardigheden en ervaring in het leiden van dataprojecten.
