As a Technical Writer & Illustrator, you'll play a crucial role in our team, supporting the development of new service concepts by creating and updating documentation and media for service engineers in the field. Your Challenge: As a Technical Writer & Illustrator, you will contribute to our Service Innovation by:

• Ensuring the timely delivery of end-user documentation in line with project deadlines.
• Converting drawings to compatible formats and making necessary adjustments.
• Gathering information from various sources to transform into comprehensive service documentation.
• Coaching Customer Services and Development experts to ensure high-quality content creation.
• Facilitating document reviews, handling feedback, and obtaining approvals.
• Managing translation, localization, and final product delivery processes.
• Driving and maintaining documentation delivery and correction project plans.
• Advocating for documentation quality improvements based on customer feedback.

We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other with an affinity for technical topics.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across different functional teams and global organizations.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience with CAD drawing tools preferred.
• Background in a technical development environment is desirable.
