We are looking for a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA), specializing in Modern Work, who is passionate about driving our customers’ business applications & AI transformation on the Microsoft platform. This is a customer-facing role, owning both the business applications-focused technical relationship and technical strategy between the customer and Microsoft, helping
customers to leverage their Microsoft investments through architecture, implementation and operational health engagements. This role is flexible in that you can work up to 50% from home.

Qualifications
Substantial experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external). Proven experience working on technical projects. Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 6+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 6+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience
Responsibilities
Leverage M365 expertise to gather customer insights to map solutions and services with customer business outcomes. Identify opportunities to improve customer solutions and position services to help customers to achieve their objectives. Help accelerate intent, enablement and usage of M365 and Copilot through Value Based Deliveries and repeatable IP. Support customer skilling by delivering technical discussions, workshops, etc. that enable operational health and to ensure customers understand Microsoft's M365 value proposition and get value from their investment in Microsoft technology. Contribute to customer satisfaction by providing a positive customer experience. Provide feedback & insights from customers/partners back to the relevant MS teams including Product Groups, to enable continuous improvement. Identify resolutions to issues blocking go-live of customer success projects by leveraging deep knowledge of M365 services & technical subject matter expertise. Deliver all work according to MS best practices & policies and using repeatable IP.
