Job Title: Payroll Administrator
What You'll Do:
As a Payroll Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of payroll and HR-related financial processes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing payroll activities (outsourced) and ensuring accurate integration with financial administration.
- Continuously improving payroll, HR administration, and financial HR processes to optimize efficiency and compliance.
- Performing general HR service desk duties, including onboarding new employees, managing external staff and interns, handling transfers and terminations, drafting letters and employment contracts, and addressing employee queries (via email, phone, or in-person).

Your Profile:
- Education & Experience:
- HBO level of education or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in an HR administrative role with expertise in payroll and financial HR processes.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical and administrative skills, particularly in financial contexts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with Workday HR systems is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
- A proactive, enthusiastic, and solution-oriented approach to tasks.
- Flexibility to manage multiple tasks, adapt to change, and independently drive process improvements.
