Who are we looking for?

You will be an existing LPM looking to make the next move in your career, or you might be a Store Manager looking for a new opportunity or working in one of our support functions and want to take on a new challenge in the field. 

 

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a leader with a clear record of delivering results through their people and someone who consistently demonstrates superb knowledge and execution of company shrink initiatives. Our successful candidate will role model our Leadership Competencies and Cultural Factors and visibly demonstrate, through their behaviours and actions, that they embody and live our culture.

 

Authenticity is a key leadership quality for all our leaders, and we want someone who can positively mobilise, lead and take their team on the journey with them. You will be excellent at using storytelling and role modelling to deliver the key messages to your people and drive results in your store or district.

 

We are looking for a leader who puts others first before themselves. They will have a track record of nurturing and caring for their Associates and will have developed a diverse mix of Associates throughout their career. Demonstrating your excellent working partnerships and examples of how you can collaborate closely with our Stakeholders will also be an important element of the role. If you have a good understanding of Dutch Langauage it would be desireble but not essential.
