FunctieomschrijvingThe main objective of the PayrollRepresentative role is:
• Toensure that the employees are paid in time andaccurate.
• In compliance withthe respective country tax-legislation.
• Agreed labor conditions and company rules andregulations.
• Responsible toperform and coordinate administrative and control activities onbehalf of the Dow Payroll department.
• In your work you demonstrate structure andprocess orientation, with an eye for detail.
• Flexibility is key for your tasks, with a highwork capacity.
• In yourinteractions with local and international partners you areperceived as a valuable advisor on payrollmatters.
• Strong collaborationwith other HR departments.
•Interchange salary input and output data with the payroll providerand perform calculations and validation activities to ensure theprocessing of accurate data.
•Ad-hoc reporting and other dutiesas required.
• You have a bachelor’s degree in HR,Finance, or related area.
• Youbring a minimum of 2 years of payrollexperience.
• Fluency in Germanand English is mandatory (written and spoken).
• Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, MS Office& SAP.
• Proficiency in anyother European is an asset.
•Understand organizational interdependencies and experience workingacross functions and cultures.
• Experience in high volume operationalenvironments is required.
•Experience in internal controls through prior audit participationis preferred.
• Good problemsolving, critical thinking skills and managing competingpriorities.
• By nature, thisjob requires a substantial amount of coordination with a variety ofinternal- and external stakeholders where accountability andownership of data and processes arekey.
