IMAGINE THE FUTURE WITH ENVALIOR

As an expert and point of contact for operational processes you will operate within the Finance team covering the following tasks/responsibilities:

• Reporting– including managerial results for VP Manufacturing PM/SM, month-end closing analysis, utility costs, Operating Working Capital
• Drives continuous improvements in the operational control processes
• Forecasting, including mid-month / monthly and quarterly forecasting cycles
• Acts as single point of contact between business, financial control team and shared service centers
• Responsible for (and analyses on) product costing, variance analyses manufacturing performance, inventories, CAPEX and first line analyses and insights for actuals, forecast and budget
• Leads, or is involved in projects with multidisciplinary teams to standardize processes, increase efficiency and create business value
• Budget activities, including project costing
• Acts as key user for the reports in the operational control processes
• Provides evidence for the internal control framework and follows up on remediation plans
• Supports internal and external audits for the operational control processes

Requirements

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Bachelor or master’s degree with affinity for finance
• Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office, Business Warehouse and Power-BI
• An ambitious and talented team player
• High level of conceptual and analytical skills
• Fluent in English, other languages are considered as an asset
• Drive for results, eager to learn and develop, frontrunner in digitization and process improvement
• Excellent communication skills with a strong business partner mindset
• You can work independently within strict deadlines and are comfortable managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
