Functie

Als Production Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren, ontwerpen en verbeteren van productieprocessen. Je werkt nauw samen met diverse interne teams, zoals operations, maintenance, en quality control, om ervoor te zorgen dat het productieproces optimaal verloopt. Jouw belangrijkste doel is het verhogen van de efficiency, het minimaliseren van verspilling en het waarborgen van de veiligheid en kwaliteit van het eindproduct.

  • Analyseren van productieprocessen en identificeren van mogelijke verbeterpunten;
  • Ontwerpen en implementeren van efficiëntere productiemethoden en procedures;
  • Monitoren van de productieprestaties en het opstellen van rapporten over de voortgang en resultaten;
  • Samenwerken met cross-functionele teams om technische uitdagingen aan te pakken en procesgerichte oplossingen te vinden;
  • Initiëren en begeleiden van verbeterprojecten om kosten te verlagen en de productiviteit te verhogen.


Aanbod
  • Arbeidsvoorwaarden op maat met een salaris tot € 4.914,86 afhankelijk van vooropleiding en werkervaring;

Profiel en vaardigheden
  • Afgeronde bachelor opleiding in de richting van werktuigbouwkunde, chemische technologie, procestechniek, of vergelijkbaar;
  • Kennis van lean manufacturing / six sigma methodologieën;
  • Goede analytische vaardigheden en probleemoplossend vermogen;
  • Proactieve houding en resultaatgericht;
  • Vloeiende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
