Responsibilities

Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division(Hexagon) is seeking a Temporary Marketing Associate to start working from the end of August/ Early September until the end of March. This role can be based in Hoofddorp (Netherlands) or Madrid (Spain). 

This role will report to the EMIA Senior Marketing Manager. The Marketing Associate will align closely with Field and Program Marketing, industry consultants, global strategy teams, sales leaders and ADRs (Account Development Reps) to oversee the execution of the European marketing plan.

Execute the European Program’s Marketing Strategy. Plan, implement, and measure European marketing campaigns that encompass demand generation activities and drive brand awareness, pipeline generation, and accelerated revenue. Plan, develop, create, and execute European marketing campaigns that include email marketing, social media, videos, webinars, podcasts, infographics, thought leadership focused on prospect and customer target markets. Track effectiveness of marketing campaigns and analyze results and business impact. Provide insights into results and recommendations for how to improve and optimize going forward. Coordinate with the Comms Team, Program Owners, Global teams and Industry Consultants to ensure messaging is optimized to ensure campaign success. Ensure ongoing communication and follow-up on priorities with the sales team, making adjustments to accommodate changing market conditions and emerging opportunities. Ensure that all the activities are captured in our CRM system (Salesforce), use data to optimize campaigns and report on return on investment. Analyze and report on the effectiveness of the marketing program regularly to the marketing and sales teams. Exceed key business metrics that include engagement KPIs’, qualified demand generation, opportunity conversion rates, win opportunity rate. Analyze program audiences, determining a nuanced strategy for the program, market segment, customer, influencer, and other strategic relationships. Manage and adhere to the European Program marketing budget.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Marketing or Business Administration. 1-2 years' experience in B2B (direct) marketing in a comparable high tech products company or in a relevant industry company. Expert skills in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of HTML, or Marketing automation (preferably Pardot) is a plus. Demand generation experience in B2B tech, with expertise in leveraging digital channels is a plus. Team player with excellent relationship building and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure in a deadline driven and international environment. Excellent knowledge of English.
