Functieomschrijving

As someone working on aircraft cabin interiors, youwill leverage your knowledge and skills in the aircraft interiorssector for all repair and maintenance tasks. Your role will besituated within the interior workshop, a component of the basemaintenance section. 

In the process ofmaintaining an aircraft, you as a cabin interior specialist, willdiagnose and fix issues inside the aircraft. This may involvecutting and fitting carpets, as well as refurbishing and mendingitems like upholstery, interior panels, passenger seats, overheadcompartments, and kitchen areas, amongothers. 

New or less experienced cabininterior staff will receive guidance and oversight from a seasonedcabin interior professional.

Therole entails the following duties andresponsibilities:

  • Executemaintenance and inspection tasks related to the cabin'sinterior.
  • Assess and provide quotes for therepair, modification, and other specialized treatments of cabininterior flaws.
  • Fulfill any additionalresponsibilities and duties that may be needed, in line with theoperational requirements of thebusiness.
  • Undertake any other related tasks asnecessary, according to the business'sdemands.

(Requirements)

  • Strongcommunication skills in English, both verbal andwritten.
  • Flexible attitude with willingness totake on weekend and evening duties.
  • You are ahandy person and love to work with yourhands.
  • You have prior experience in a similaror equivalent role.

Advantageous, butnot a must:

  • EASA approved aircraftcabin interior trainingcertificates.
  • Experience with "tedlar" work onaircraft cabin and galley equipment.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

(What we offer)

  • Acompetitive monthly gross salary ranging from € 2400 to €3000.
  • Extra compensation for occasional work inthe evenings and/or weekends.
  • Travel expensesreimbursed at a rate of €0.23 per km, for up to 30 km eachway.
  • 25 days of annual leave plus 8.33% holidaypay.
  • An opportunity to integrate into aninternational team.
  • Opportunity to get acontract directly at the client after a 6-month period ofdemonstrated suitability.
