The roleof customer service involves functioning as the intermediaryconnecting customers with Dow's associates. You will collaborateclosely with other divisions such as Supply Chain, Marketing &Sales, and Logistics to achieve optimal results. Drawing upon yourcomprehension of Dow's products, service offerings, andenterprises, you can establish strong links with customers andselect the most appropriate and cost-effective resolutions. Yourtasks will consist of: 
  • Assessingcustomer requirements and gathering market insights
  • Executing the process of entering orders andoverseeing the fulfillment of orders for designated businesssegment(s)
  • Orchestrating customer accountoperations, encompassing issue resolution and solutionimplementation
  • Sustaining service levelsaligned with business priorities
  • Monitoringthe progress of orders and shepherding them through the SupplyChain collaborators to ensure customer contentment
  • Distinguishing between customer demands andDow's capabilities
  • Formulating businessstrategies in conjunction with customers spanning diverse businesssectors

Functie-eisen
  • MBO-4 (Vocational) level of thinking and working 
  • An excellent command of the English languagepreferably in combination with one of the following langauges:Italian, Spanish, French or Turkish (at least level C1-levelaccording to the Common European Framework of Reference forLanguages) 
  • Availability of 40 hours perweek
  • A Dutch work permit that is valid for atleast nine months or an EU-nationality
  • Acertificate of conduct (Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag or VOG) thatshows you have not committed any criminal offences
  • Preferably experience in customer service,with CRM and/or with SAP is preferable
