Prototype Engineer

In dit vooraanstaande bedrijf, actief in de ontwikkeling van medische apparatuur en gevestigd in Den Haag, krijg je als Prototype Engineer de kans om mee te werken aan baanbrekende innovaties in de gezondheidszorg. Je ontwikkelt prototypes voor geavanceerde medische hulpmiddelen, een veld waarin het bedrijf al meer dan 25 jaar een pioniersrol vervult. In deze rol combineer je jouw technische expertise met een passie voor het verbeteren van patiëntenzorg, waarbij je direct bijdraagt aan projecten die levens kunnen veranderen.
Dit vind je leuk om te doen- Ontwikkelen van prototypes van concept tot realisatie, met behulp van zowel traditionele als geavanceerde fabricagetechnieken zoals 3D-printen en CNC-bewerking;
- Samenwerken met multidisciplinaire teams, waaronder ingenieurs, ontwerpers en productmanagers, om innovatieve productideeën te transformeren tot werkbare prototypes;
- Analyseren en interpreteren van technische tekeningen en specificaties om nauwkeurige en functionele prototypes te garanderen;
- Beheren en uitvoeren van testprocedures om de kwaliteit en functionaliteit van prototypes te waarborgen, inclusief het maken van aanbevelingen voor verbeteringen;
- Zorgvuldig bijhouden van projectdocumentatie en verslaglegging van ontwikkelingsprocessen, testresultaten en ontwerpiteraties.
- Een afgeronde technische opleiding, bij voorkeur in Werktuigbouwkunde, Industrieel Ontwerp, of een vergelijkbaar veld;
- Aantoonbare ervaring in prototype-ontwerp en -fabricage, inclusief kennis van 3D-printen, CNC-bewerking en andere moderne productietechnieken;
- Uitstekende technische vaardigheden, met de mogelijkheid om complexe ontwerpen te conceptualiseren en realiseren.
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om effectief samen te werken met verschillende teams, waaronder ingenieurs en ontwerpers;
- Ervaring met CAD-software zoals SolidWorks, AutoCAD, of vergelijkbare programma's;
- Creatieve probleemoplosser met een sterke aandacht voor detail en een passie voor innovatie en technologische ontwikkeling.
- Het beheersen van het Nederlands is een must; Engels spreken is een pré.
- Een marktconform salaris, beginnend van €2.950 tot €4.900 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring in het veld van prototype-ontwikkeling;
