Creating a climate for growth
As a Desk Account Manager, you will be part of our Building Automation Support Team. Priva Building Automation currently holds a leading market position in the Netherlands. With our solutions, we guarantee an optimal climate in buildings such as Thialf Ice Stadium, Diergaarde Blijdorp Zoo, and the Rijksmuseum, as well as in numerous offices, hotels, and hospitals. You will join a positive, open-minded, and friendly team that currently consists of 8 colleagues. This team is partly responsible for all back-office tasks for branches in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Switzerland, and the UK. Due to the centralization of the back office, the workload has increased. That is why we are looking for a new Desk Account Manager at Priva, who will focus on German speaking countries and can communicate in English and/or Dutch to also serve our other countries and interact with the team members.
How will you add value
The support team is the key link between Priva’s partners and our Account Managers. Here, we handle all orders, subscriptions, invoices, complaints, and returns. As a Desk Account Manager, you are responsible for processing orders, identifying deviations in orders and delivery times in a timely manner, monitoring project schedules, accepting complaints and return orders, issuing invoices and credit notes, and managing all related communication with Priva partners. You maintain customer data and subscriptions, prepare and issue quotes, and provide both internal and external customers with commercial and product-related information. Having the right product knowledge is crucial. You support and work closely with the Account Managers, playing a vital role in Priva’s commercial success. Additionally, you have a positive, customer-friendly attitude, understand processes, and naturally take on a proactive role.

As a Desk Account Manager, you are customer-focused, precise, and have excellent communication skills. You take the initiative and are a team player. You can manage the progress of processes, tasks, and activities and ensure things get done. In this role, you will work across multiple systems, so it's important that you can adapt well. What else do you bring?
- MBO work and thinking level;
- Available 40 hours per week;
- Strong communication skills in both German and English. Also, Dutch is a big plus;
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE & FO and Axapta is a plus;
- Knowledge of a CRM and ERP system;
- Used to working independently in a dynamic environment.

- Salary based on experience, ranging from €2,800 to €3,500 per month (based on full-time employment, 40 hours per week);

- Travel allowance of € 0,23/km with a daily maximum of 75 kilometers or fully reimbursed public transport costs;
