Als integrations support medewerker ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt en troubleshooter voor onze klanten op het gebied van technische integratie vraagstukken. Je wordt verantwoordelijk voor de integratie en support van de klantspecifieke en standaard DPD softwareoplossingen. Omdat vraagstukken voornamelijk telefonisch of per e-mail worden afgehandeld, geef je op klantvriendelijke en efficiënte wijze, mondeling en schriftelijk voornamelijk eerstelijns IT-support. Deze support is zeer gevarieerd. Van vragen van klanten over een bepaalde tool of instelling tot bijvoorbeeld problemen verhelpen met een van onze standaard DPD Shipper applicaties waarmee klanten verzendlabels printen. Jij weet er raad mee en lost het op. De meer complexere IT gerelateerde problemen die je zelf niet kunt oplossen stuur je vervolgens door naar tweedelijns agents of andere IT-discipline.

Jouw inlevingsvermogen in de klant is bovengemiddeld. Je gaat proactief op zoek naar informatie om het probleem op te lossen en alle informatie op te halen. Je hebt een energieke werkhouding en bent klantvriendelijk. Je gaat steeds op zoek naar een zo goed mogelijke oplossing en houdt controle op de vele verzoeken, vragen of incidenten die binnenkomen.

In deze functie krijg je veel vrijheid om je werk naar eigen inzicht in te richten. Je bepaalt de prioriteiten in afstemming met het team en zorgt voor een goede output. Naast de service calls neem je ook met het team deel aan de dag- en weekstart om te kijken naar verbeteringen. Al met al een zeer afwisselende job


Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

Het oplossen en beantwoorden van klantproblemen/-vragen;Het correct aanspreken van klant of interne collega bij informatieverzoeken;Secuur verwerken van klantgegeven in verschillende systemen;Proactief op zoek naar ontbrekende kennis;Efficiënt en transparant werken met een glimlach naar collega’s en klanten.

Jouw team

Customer integrations is een van de teams binnen de afdeling IT. Het team bestaat uit 5 directe collega’s met verschillende achtergronden die met een gezonde dosis nieuwsgierigheid en klantvriendelijkheid onze klanten zo goed mogelijk helpen. Het team werkt voornamelijk digitaal met elkaar samen. Periodiek ontmoet je jouw collega’s op een van onze locaties in Nederland. Je rapporteert aan de manager IT customer integrations.

Wat neem je mee?

Minimaal een afgeronde mbo opleiding, bij voorkeur richting ICT of Informatica;Relevante werkervaring, bij voorkeur binnen een technische helpdeskomgeving;Een service- en klantgerichte instelling en integer kunnen omgaan met vertrouwelijke gegevens;
Kunnen luisteren, samenvatten en doorvragen om goede probleemanalyses te maken;Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels.

Een passend salaris in de range van € 2783,22 tot ongeveer € 3976,03 bruto per maand, afgestemd op jouw ervaring en expertise;Een uitdagende functie voor 38,75 uur per week (1,0 fte);
