DOELSTELLINGEN & EFFECT OP ORGANISATIE:

Als volgt een bijdrage leveren aan het behalen of overtreffen van de verkoop- en winstdoelstellingen van de winkel:

  • De klant vol enthousiasme inspireren tot merkvastheid
  • Effectief klanten helpen en artikelen verkopen
  • Met volle inzet winkelactiviteiten uitvoeren

    BELANGRIJKSTE VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN:

  • Je bewust zijn van de verkoop- en KPI-doelstellingen van de winkel en van individuele prestatiedoelstellingen, eigenaar ervan worden en alle beschikbare winkelresources inzetten om deze te behalen of te overtreffen
  • De standaarden op het gebied van klantenservice van het merk hanteren om aan de verwachtingen van klanten te voldoen of deze te overtreffen
  • Optreden als merkambassadeur door consistent de merkfilosofie en merkwaarden uit te dragen
  • Kennis over seizoensgebonden merken en producten effectief inzetten tijdens verkoopgesprekken
  • Helder alle producteigenschappen en -voordelen en unieke verkoopargumenten noemen om te voorzien in de behoeften van klanten en hun band met het merk te verstevigen
  • Alle beleidsplannen en procedures volgen
  • Standaarden op het gebied van visuele merchandising en In-Store Communication hanteren en hieraan voldoen
  • Productleveringen snel en effectief verwerken en winkelrekken voortdurend aanvullen zodat het gehele productaanbod op de winkelvloer vertegenwoordigd is
  • Kassatransacties snel en nauwkeurig afronden
  • Verliezen in het magazijn en op de winkelvloer tot een minimum beperken
  • Alle winkelactiviteiten veilig, effectief en efficiënt uitvoeren
  • Productief en respectvol samenwerken met teamleden
  • Alle van toepassing zijnde trainingsprogramma's volgen en het geleerde effectief in de praktijk brengen
  • Actief op zoek gaan naar coaching en leermogelijkheden om je prestaties te blijven verbeteren

    KENNIS, VAARDIGHEDEN EN ERVARING:

  • Je verkoopt
  • Je bent dienstverlenend
  • Je gebruikt merk- en productkennis om te verkopen
  • Je voert winkelactiviteiten uit
  • Je bent een teamspeler

    MINIMALE KWALIFICATIES:

  • Bij voorkeur 6 maanden ervaring in de retail
  • Goede mondelijke/schriftelijke beheersing van het Nederlands
  • Bij voorkeur mondelijke/schriftelijke beheersing van het Engels
  • Flexibel inzetbaar, werktijden te bepalen door de Store Manager (geen 5 tot 9 mentaliteit)
