Schindler vindt een goede implementatie van ons QHSE-beleid prioriteit nummer één. Veiligheid en kwaliteit zijn twee van de belangrijkste bedrijfswaarden binnen de organisatie en ook duurzaamheid krijgt een steeds groter toneel. In deze dynamische functie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het verder verankeren en uitbouwen van onze kwaliteits- en milieu activiteiten. Je zorgt voor continue verbetering en het kweken van de juiste mentaliteit bij jouw collega’s. Hierbij drijf jij geen sanctiecultuur, maar is jouw focus verbetering en ontwikkeling. Daarnaast zorg jij voor open communicatie, waarbij iedereen bij jou terecht kan met vragen of verbeterideeën. Samen met jouw team zorg jij ervoor dat we onze processen zorgvuldig implementeren, naleven en verbeteren, met oog voor onze klanten, de omgeving en het milieu.
Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan uit:
Leiding geven aan een team van maximaal 3 fte; Het onderhouden van ons geïntegreerd kwaliteitssysteem en het in stand houden van onze certificeringen, te weten: ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, VCA, de Safety Culture Ladder, CO2-Prestatieladder en de Liftenrichtlijn Module H1 (waar nodig wordt geschakeld met externe adviseurs en collega’s uit andere afdelingen); De voorbereiding, begeleiding en nazorg verbonden aan interne en externe audits; Het lokaal implementeren van de kwaliteitsprocessen van de Schindler Groep; Het signaleren van verbetermogelijkheden en het implementeren van acties om aan de gewenste kwaliteits- en milieudoelstellingen te behalen, te behouden en te verbeteren in alle lagen van de organisatie en daarmee te voldoen aan de eisen van onze belanghebbenden. Het behalen de gestelde KPIs, o.a. door de organisatie te trainen en het bewustzijn rondom kwaliteit en duurzaamheid te verhogen; Het managen van het interne claims proces (d.w.z. het analyseren van kwaliteitsproblemen verbonden aan leveringen vanuit onze supply chain) en klanttevredenheidsonderzoeken (Net Promoter Score); Het creëren van een open cultuur waarin communicatie op een veilige en prettige manier plaats kan vinden. De collega die wij zoeken is procesmatig sterk onderlegd, heeft overtuigingskracht en is daadkrachtig. Verder zoeken wij het volgende profiel:
Je beschikt over een HBO of WO diploma (MOSHE of HVK is een pré) ; Je het minimaal 8 jaar ervaring in het veld van kwaliteit- en milieumanagement (aantoonbare ervaring met duurzaamheid is een pré); Je bent in het bezit van VCA-vol of bereid deze te halen; Technische achtergrond of affiniteit met techniek is een pré; Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal (zowel gesproken als op schrift); Je brengt een positieve sfeer in de organisatie terwijl je jouw beleid weet te implementeren; Je hebt hart voor het bedrijf en hebt plezier in jouw werk als QA Manager, waarbij je bereid bent om diverse locatiebezoeken te verrichten per maand om een goed beeld te behouden van de werkzaamheden in het veld.Wat bieden wij?
