Al decennialang is Stigterstaal dé staalleverancier voor de maritieme industrie, zowel in Nederland als ver daarbuiten. Het aantal klanten groeit gestaag en de complexiteit per order neemt toe, daarom zijn wij op zoek naar versterking in het Order Management.


Functieomschrijving

Als medewerker in de rol van Order Management ben je verantwoordelijk voor het juist coördineren, uitvoeren en begeleiden van orders conform overeenkomst met de klant. Een deel van de geboekte verkooporders vergen een aanzienlijk organisatorisch en logistiek vervolgtraject. Soms kan dit een standaardoplossing zijn, maar ook zal je samen met het verkoopteam bij klanten op bezoek gaan om een oplossing op maat op te stellen. Hier ga je je operationele kennis, ervaring over internationale logistieke oplossingen en kennis van douaneformaliteiten inzetten. We vinden het belangrijk dat je beschikt over ervaring in de maritieme industrie en/of logistieke dienstverlening. Tevens heb je een gezonde dosis technische en administratieve affiniteit.

Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Voor de orders in je beheer, organiseer je wat nodig is om de order succesvol uit te voeren.
  • Je stemt intern af wat er nodig is om de orders uit te voeren en zorgt dat dit foutloos is vastgelegd in de systemen
  • Je maakt afspraken en onderhoudt contact met klanten, externe bewerkers, expediteurs, vervoerders, douane, KVK, etc.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de communicatie en documentatie omtrent leveringen en verschepingen naar de klant.
  • Je hebt een ontzorgende rol in het offertetraject naar de klant, dit onder regie van de verkoopafdeling.

Functie-eisen

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Een passende opleiding bijvoorkeur richting logistiek.
  • Sociaal sterk en in staat om op de juiste momenten met de juiste stakeholders te schakelen.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar brede ervaring in logistiek en operationeel werkgebied.
  • Je bent gewend om initiatief te tonen, zaken duidelijk te organiseren (planmatig werken), bent besluitvaardig en kan dit in een dynamische werkomgeving toepassen.
  • Kennis en ervaring met het exporteren van materialen. Waaronder het organiseren van het (internationaal) transport, opstellen van export documenten en het organiseren van bijbehorende transport documenten.
  • Bereid om mee op pad te gaan buiten de landgrenzen, om jouw expertise in te zetten bij klantbezoeken.
  • Goede schriftelijke en mondelinge beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, een derde taal is een pré.
