BeschrijvingResponsibilities Traineeship Buying - Retail

In the Buying department, you and over 50 colleagues work together as the driving force behind the company's success. Your main task is to investigate how the organization can obtain and provide products with the best price and quality. As a team, you consistently shape the product range by introducing more than 150 new products every week.

All in all, your team is responsible for creating a well-balanced, sustainable, surprising, and affordable product range that consists of approximately 6,000 products.

We are seeking a trainee who meets the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a commercial or economic field;
• One to two years of experience in purchasing or procurement (even as an intern);
• Willingness to learn and improve your commercial skills;
• Ability to communicate in English (Dutch being an added bonus)
• A hands-on approach, commercial insight, and excellent communication skills are all required.

What can you expect?

• A base salary around 3300 gross per month;? 
• 24 days of holiday and the option to buy 5 extra days (based on 38 hours per week);
