Ter versterking van het financiële team van onze opdrachtgever zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Financial Controller. Bij onze opdrachtgever geloven ze in het geven van verantwoordelijkheid. Daarom ben je vanaf het begin verantwoordelijk voor het correct afhandelen van de financiële administratie en rapportage van één of meerdere portefeuillebedrijven. Daarnaast werk je mee aan waarderingen, prognoses en groeidoelstellingen en ontwikkel je jezelf verder als financieel talent door te werken en te leren binnen een hecht team. Er is veel aandacht voor mentoring en coaching, wat garant staat voor een steile leercurve.

Verantwoordelijkheden:
- Verantwoordelijk voor maand- en jaarafsluitingen van medewerkers.
- Toezien op audits en naleving van financiële voorschriften.
- Voorbereiden en analyseren van financiële rapporten en budgetten.
- Voorbereiden van prognoses, financiële plannen en presentaties.
- Beheren en verbeteren van financiële systemen en processen.
- Analyses en rapportages maken voor management en investeerders.
- Bewaken en rapporteren van KPI's.
- Actieve samenwerking met portfoliobedrijven, met wisselende financiële en operationele uitdagingen.

Job Requirements:
- Completed WO education in Business Economics, Finance, Accountancy or similar field.
- More than 3 years working experience in Accountancy, Financial or Business Controlling, Financial management.
- Good knowledge of financial and accounting principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and financial software (preferably Exact online).
- Analytically strong and an eye for detail.
- Good communication skills and a proactive, independent work attitude.
- Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, both oral and written.
