You don’t need experience tostart working at Johnson & Johnson Medtech in Leiden, but yourmotivation is very important. The work as a production worker atthe Dipping department is physically demanding. You work accuratelyand can deal with responsibilities well. Read below what we ask ofyou.
- You have a good command of theEnglish language;
- You are available from Mondayto Sunday in 5 shifts: morning shift 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, eveningshift 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM and night shift 11:00 PM to 7:30AM;
- You are able to do physicalwork
As a production worker youwill work at the Dipping department. Here the prosthetics arepulled over molds to be dipped in various chemicals. These moldsare heavy, so you must be physically able to deal with the work.You will work in 5 shifts. You will work 6 days straight and thenyou will be off for 4 days. Below is a selection of your dailyactivities.
- Pull prosthetics over themolds;
- Hang molds in designatedracks;
- Place racks in area withchemicals;
- Control the robot for the dippingprocess;
- Maintaining administration accordingto strict GMP guidelines.
Johnson &Johnson Medtech is part of the big American concern Johnson &Johnson. This is the largest international company for healthcareproducts, medicines and medical devices. It is an internationalcompany with a good diversity of employees. As a production workeryou will get a direct contract with the company and work at thelocation in Leiden. You will receive good guidance from the startuntil you can work independently. There are also many opportunitiesto follow training courses and grow within thecompany.
- Directly a 7-month contractat Johnson & Johnson Medtech;
- Good pensionscheme with an employer contribution of 4%, get 36 vacation daysand a end-of-the-year bonus;
- 100% allowance for public transport, € 0,21 per kilometer if you travelby car;
