Facility, Site & Safety Specialist

We are currently looking for a Facility, Site & Safety Specialist  to join us at our facility in Tiel, Netherlands.

The Facility department provides a pleasant and safe working environment for colleagues and supports the organization in all facility-related matters.

Key responsibilities

Operational level (40%)

Checking and maintaining the orderliness and cleanliness of the premises and supervising Compliance with house rules and safety regulations Fleet management Supervising and ensuring safety in and around the building and identifying and assessing points of attention Responsible for facility requests and contact with suppliers Acting as the first point of contact for suppliers of facility services and products. Supervising the correct execution of facility contracts and testing performance on quality and supply agreements Maintaining contact with users, aimed at accessibility and customer-oriented handling of questions and complaints Facilitating events and meetings Co-operating Health, safety & environment activities Participation in ad-hoc projects

Tactical level (60%)

Improving the operational business processes and facility on a tactical level Being focused on improving structures related to manual and technical processes that take place in daily operations, resulting in the creation of a productive and innovative environment Together with OPS director achieve service-level agreements and increase productivity Defines and develops projects according to the needs of the (internal) customer, in accordance with agreed internal procedures Monitors project progress Guiding implementation of new processes

Key requirements

Professional Education (HBO) in Facility Driving license B 2-5 years of relevant work experience Independent with a pro-active attitude and flexible hands-on mentality, willingness to follow courses and training Good knowledge of Exact Synergy and Microsoft office Customer-oriented High sense of responsibility Accurate and exceptional attention to detail Confident in dealing with people Good knowledge of the Dutch and English language written and spoken Health and safety specialist is an advantage Strong personality with a hands-on mentality, decisiveness, persuasiveness Good ability to plan and organise Available full time (40 hours) and flexible
