Vanderlande is a market leader in the automation oflogistics processes. They develop logistics solutions for airportsand distribution centers, among others. For example, airporttransport belts. Vanderlande is active in the Netherlands, forexample in Albert Heijn's distribution center. But they are alsobig internationally. For example, they are now working on projectsat Hong Kong Airport. 

The factory in Veghelemploys 165 professionals with specialties such as turning,milling, welding, edging, coating, distribution andassembly.

The Receiving&Distribution NLdepartment, where you will be working, itself consists of 16motivated employees of different ages andbackgrounds.

Due to Vanderlande's centrallocation, the company is easily accessible via the A50 fromEindhoven, 's Hertogenbosch, Helmond, Oss, Veldhoven andUden.

Functieomschrijving

For our client Vanderlande, we are looking forlogistics employees in the factory. Do you have a forklift and/orreach truck certificate, affinity with logistics and would you liketo contribute to the international projects Vanderlande is workingon? Then we are looking for you. 

In thisposition, you are responsible for the fast, accurate and safedistribution of goods so that they can be transported undamaged,complete and on time to the right department. There they areprocessed into an (end) product. The goods are products or parts offerrous and non-ferrous materials that are brought to variousdepartments according to work orders.

Your dutiesare:

  • Unloading, checking, takinginventory, collecting and preparing the goods forshipment.
  • Moving, sorting, stickering andrepackaging products.
  • Administrative handlingof the actions in the ERP/WMS system.
  • You bringthe goods independently to the differentdepartments.
  • You ensure that the stock iscorrect.

You work closely with yourcolleagues in an informal working atmosphere. You will be workingin 2 shifts.

Working hours in 2 shifts: 4:45 am -1:35 pm and 1:30 pm - 11:20 pm.

Functie-eisen
  • In possession of a forklift and/or reachtruck certificate.
  • Available in twoshifts.
  • Experience in the logisticsindustry.
