Quality Assurance Manager needed in the Food Industry

• Teamlead of a local QA team of 5 QA specialists reporting into the CP QA Manager Specialized Nutrition
• Lead in integration of local Zwolle Q team in QSN team of Specialised Nutrition
• Accountable for product and process quality for infant powder products for critical markets and vulnerable consumers, infants and young children.
• Accountable for in-/external audits related to food safety
• Planning & implementing the SN Food Safety & Quality Program in Zwolle , based by Foqus and applicable legislation
• Zwolle representative of QA CP Specialized Nutrition to assure anticipation of significant changes and projects entailing a quality & food safety risk for Zwolle site
• Ensure QFS performance reporting, problem solving and adequate quality issue management
• Responsible for site quality resource planning, organization and quality talent development incl. succession planning
• Ensure culture of quality continuous improvement, anticipating strategic investments & sourcing projects.

The job requires travelling between two production sides located in Zwolle and Beilen.

• Bachelor degree, preferred an Academic degree/working level
• Background in consumer branded food industry, ideally with IFT, Dairy and/or Pharma.
• Relevant audit training and experience
• Over 3 years of experience in QA
• In depth knowledge of QFS systems (FSSC22000, ISO, GFSI), in theory and in implementation and experience with food safety authorities.
• Experience in (quality) projects- & programs with cross functional teams
• Adequate quality problem solving and issue handling

Through our agancy, you will recieve a (temporary) employment contract till 31.12.2024

The salary indication for this position is €6000,-BPM.
