SAP Succesfactors Functional Application Consultant 6 Months Contract

Belmont Lavan Ltd is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Functional Application Consultant for a 6-month contract. In this role, you will support our clients in optimizing their HR processes through the implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze client requirements and design appropriate SuccessFactors solutions
  • Configure SuccessFactors modules to align with best practices and client needs
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for stakeholders and end-users
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SuccessFactors applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration with existing systems
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SuccessFactors features and enhancements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant
  • Strong understanding of the SuccessFactors suite, specifically Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Experience with implementation and configuration of SuccessFactors modules
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Relevant certifications in SAP SuccessFactors are a plus
