Zorg jij voor een vlekkeloos verloop van administratieve processen, weet jij hierbij foutjes snel op te speuren en structureel verbeteringen door te voeren en ben je graag bezig met bijbehorende HR-systemen? Wie weet ben jij dan onze nieuwe Teamlead HR Support
HR Support verzorgt de volledige administratieve verwerking van de in- door en uitstroom van medewerkers. Denk aan het opstellen en verlengen van arbeidscontracten, de maandelijkse payroll en het verzorgen van sub-administraties op het gebied van bijvoorbeeld opleidingen en bedrijfsfitness. Ook het beheer van het AFAS personeelssysteem en het Manus tijdsregistratiesysteem valt onder de hoede van HR Support. Dit gebeurt allemaal binnen een supersnel groeiende organisatie met tientallen maandelijkse mutaties.
Als Teamlead HR Support rapporteer je aan de HR Director en geef je leiding aan en ben je samen met je team verantwoordelijk voor de gehele personeels- en salarisadministratie. Daarnaast voer je het beheer en de optimalisatie van de personeelsinformatie- en tijdsregistratiesystemen. Recruitment en HR advies zijn in teams naast de administratie georganiseerd.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden zijn:
Zorg dragen voor de juiste uitvoering van de personeels- en salarisadministratie en de sub-administraties;Je signaleert en voert procesverbeteringen uit;Je zorgt voor het beheer en het verder optimaliseren van onze HR-systemen zoals AFAS, tijdsregistratiesystemen en de TSA administratie;Ondersteuning en meewerkend aan de operatie in geval van ziekte of verlof;Daarnaast draag je bij aan kennisoverdracht in de Toolstation AcademyDe Toolstation-manier

Beschik jij over de volgende tools?
Je bent in het bezit van een hbo diploma bij voorkeur in HR gerelateerd domein;Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende rol met betrekking tot HR administratie, -processen en -systemen (bij voorkeur AFAS);Scherp oog voor detail en handig in het controleren van grote databestanden (zoals de maandelijks controle van de tijdsregistratie).Jouw kennis van de arbeids- en sociale wet- en regelgeving is up-to-date;Je beheerst zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal vloeiend in woord en geschrift.Wij bieden jou de volgende tools:
