As a valuablemember of Manpower's W&S (recruitment and selection) team,you'll be instrumental in identifying ideal candidates forpositions in the engineering and supply chain domains. Our teamfocuses on clients where candidates sourced through Manpower securedirect permanent contracts (PERM) with their employers.


Working hours
The working hours for this full-time internship of 40 hours perweek are during regular office hours. You are required to bepresent in the office for a minimum of three days perweek.

Manpower is looking for a HR Recruitmentintern for the W&S team in Eindhoven.

You'll be proactively searching for candidatesslated for direct employment with our clients through Manpower.This internship also has a sales element to it. Throughout yourtime at Manpower, you'll have an experienced buddy by your side,offering comprehensive guidance. On an average day, your tasks willinclude:
  • Actively sourcing (approachingcandidates)
  • Conducting interviews withcandidates (applications and phone intakes)
  • Screening candidates and conducting intakeinterviews
  • Writing and sending proposals tothe client
  • Drafting CVs of candidates for theclient
  • Acting as a liaison for the client andcollaborating with them on the best recruitment strategy, includingvisiting clients
  • Performing administrativetasks

Functie-eisen
  • Preferably pursuing a Bachelor's degree from auniversity. However, if you’re enrolled in an HBO program, you arewelcome to apply. Preferred study disciplines including HR,Economics, Business Administration, Commercial, etc.
  • Availability for 40 hours per week startingfrom at least February 2024. Earlier start dates are negotiable
  • Commercial skills (KPI-driven work) and astrong drive for success
  • Minimum of 3 days perweek at the office in Eindhoven, Diemen, or Utrecht
  • Excellent command of the English language;Dutch is a plus
  • Strong communication skills
