You are a trueorganizational talent with strong communication skills in both theEnglish as the Dutch language. what will youdo

As crew coordinator you willbe part of an operations team within the company. You will play apivotal role which is crucial for the training, development andsustainability for the 'salvage' team. For this team you will bethe central point of contact including; the salvage crew,supervisors, engineers and superintendents.

Additionally, you will act as the interface for the salvagecrew between the (deputy) operation manager, HR, warehouse andother departments.

  • Identifytraining gaps and potential within salvage teams and keeptrack/manage training requiredcertificates.
