who areyou

To get started as anassembly worker, you have an affinity with technology. You arecompletely at home in tinkering and you can read technicaldrawings. In addition, you recognize yourself in thefollowing:

  • You have a good command ofthe Dutch or English language.
  • You are inpossession of your own transport.
  • You haverelevant work experience as an assembly worker. Or like to tinkerin your spare time / as a hobby.
  •  You areproactive and think about improvements.
  • Youhave basic knowledge of mechanics and electricalengineering.
what will youdo

As an assembly worker, youwork in a production line where you, along with your colleagues,build 100% electric buses. You work at various workstations wherethe bus is fully assembled. For example, at one station, the wheelsuspensions are installed with the motor. While at the nextstation, the climate control system is added. At another station,the windows are placed and the interior of the bus is assembled.You are also responsible for mounting and connecting HV cables,wiring harnesses, and other electronic components. Together withyour team, you ensure that all tasks meet the required qualitystandards.

You perform these tasks at one ofthe production stations within the production line, following thequality assurance system. If you notice any issues, you promptlyreport them to the production foreman. You actively participate inteam meetings and carry out your work in accordance with safetyregulations.

  • Building the bus drivesystem, the interior. and air conditioningsystems.
  • Installing pipes and cablesystems.
  • Bondingwindows.
