The Dutch greenhouse automation technology is leading in the world. Hoogendoorn offers complete sustainable solutions with support from its locations in the Netherlands, China, Canada, America, USA and Mexico.

As a Sales Representative you are the primary link between our partners and customers in the MENA region and the Area Manager Sales in the MENA region. You will successfully sell the IIVO process computer and related products, such as the latest sensors and software extensions.


Duties and responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with (potential) customers and partners and actively visit them; Prepare and deliver presentations and identify new sales opportunities within the horticultural industry; Participate in trade shows and industry events and manage the after-sales process to ensure customer satisfaction; Achieve established sales targets in collaboration with the Sales team, including assisting in the sale of large and complex projects and selling projects independently.

Requirements

You have a college working and thinking level, preferably in a commercial and/or agricultural field; You are living in the Middle East; You have working experience in Horticulture and have affinity with automation technology; You have at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales and building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers and partners; You have a good command of the Arabic, English and French languages both verbally and in writing; Furthermore, you have the following competencies: commercially minded, decisive, solution- and result-oriented, independent and above all, you are a pleasant person to work with.
